The L.E.K. Consulting Summer Internship Program offers high-performing undergraduate students a chance to experience the world of management consulting. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on real client cases, gaining practical skills and contributing to impactful strategic recommendations. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants on client projects, conducting research, analyzing data, and developing insights.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for clients.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose creative solutions to complex business problems.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop consulting skills and industry knowledge.
- Network with L.E.K. professionals across different practice areas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student with a strong academic record and an anticipated graduation date after December 2024.
- Demonstrated interest in business, strategy, problem-solving, and making a real impact.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Experience (Preferred)
- Previous internship experience (any industry) is a plus.
- Coursework in business, economics, finance, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
