Berkshire Hathaway is seeking talented and driven undergraduate students for our 2025 Internship Program. Interns will gain valuable experience working alongside industry professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects across various Berkshire Hathaway subsidiaries, gaining insights into the diverse operations that make up this world-renowned holding company.
Responsibilities
- Participate in assigned projects, gaining hands-on experience in your field of interest (e.g., accounting, finance, insurance, IT).
- Conduct research and analyze data to support project goals.
- Assist senior colleagues with daily tasks and operations.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop professional skills.
- Network with employees across different Berkshire Hathaway companies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student with a minimum of one year completed.
- Strong academic record with a demonstrable interest in business, a specific industry, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Experience (Preferred)
- Previous internship experience (any industry).
- Relevant coursework or projects in your area of interest.
- Experience with data analysis or research methods (depending on internship focus).
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
