The BMO Summer Internship Students Program offers a dynamic opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of banking. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BMO teams on assigned projects, taking initiative and contributing to successful outcomes.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, or operational analysis depending on the internship focus.
- Assist with client presentations, proposals, or other deliverables (depending on the internship area).
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop professional skills and industry knowledge.
- Network with BMO employees across diverse departments and business areas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student with a strong academic record.
- Demonstrated interest in business, finance, or a related field relevant to the specific internship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
Experience (Preferred)
- Previous internship experience (any industry) is a plus.
- Coursework relevant to the internship focus (e.g., finance, marketing, technology).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
