Job Description:
The British Council is offering exciting internship opportunities across various departments in the UK for 2025. Responsibilities:
As a British Council intern, you will:
- Assist in the delivery and coordination of various projects, events, and programs.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for the British Council Internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program, or have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Be studying or have studied a relevant subject area such as International Relations, Business, Marketing, Education, Arts, Communications, or Languages.
- Be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
- Demonstrate a strong academic record and a genuine interest in the British Council’s mission of international cultural exchange.
Experience:
While prior experience is not mandatory, the following experience would be advantageous:
- Previous internships, volunteer roles, or work experience in a cultural or educational institution.
- Experience in project coordination, research, or communications.
- Participation in extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership, teamwork, or event management.
Skills:
